If your country is not currently listed for delivery, please contact us via email with your request. We will reserve the requested product for you and provide a quotation that includes the transportation costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to providing excellent customer service, including hassle-free returns and exchanges for our worldwide customers. Please read the following policy to understand the terms and conditions for returning or exchanging your products.
1, Returns and Refunds:
If you wish to return your product(s), we are here to assist you. We offer free returns within 14 days from the date of product(s) delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Unless the product was damaged upon arrival, it should not be altered or damaged.
Discounted products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon meeting these conditions, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2. Damaged Products Upon Delivery:
In the event that your products have been delivered with damage, please follow the steps below:
Do not attempt to repair the damage yourself, as this may void your eligibility for a refund or free repair.
Take clear pictures of the damaged parts of the product, including any damage to the packaging.
Send the pictures, along with a description of the damage and how the product was received, to our customer support team via email. Please specify whether you prefer a refund or a free repair.
Once we receive your email, our team will assess the damages based on the provided photos. Depending on the severity of the damage, the following scenarios may occur:
1) If the damage is reparable, we will arrange to take the products back, repair them free of charge, and return them to you.
2) If the damage is beyond repair, we will initiate a refund process, and you will receive your money back within 7 days.
3) If you have requested a refund, your money will be refunded within 7 days.
You will receive a transportation label via email that needs to be printed and affixed to the package. Ensure that the package is securely sealed before returning the products. Once we receive the returned products, one of the above scenarios will be followed based on the assessment of the damages.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Send us an email indicating your intention to return or exchange the product(s). Include the order number and the name of the product(s) in your email.
Print the transportation label provided and securely seal the package.
Send the product(s) back to us using a reliable transportation method.
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them for any damages. If everything is in order and no unmentioned damage is found, we will initiate the refund process, and you will receive your money back within 7 days.
4. Additional Information:
The transportation costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to cover the transportation costs associated with the return.
If a returned product is damaged and you failed to mention this in your email, you will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, you have two options:
1) You can choose to have the refunded product returned to you, but you will be responsible for the transportation costs. Once the transportation costs are paid, we will send the product back to you within 7 days.
2) Alternatively, you can opt to abandon the product, but you will forfeit any rights to ownership.
