SHIPPING POLICY

Here you will find everything you need to know about shipping:

  • Shipping will be done by external parties. This external party can differ per country

  • The costs of shipping can be found in your shopping bag. When you've selected your product and address you can directly see how much shipping will cost

  • If your country is not (yet) available for standard shipment, you can send us an email regarding your request. We'll reserve the requested product and will send a quotation with the transportation costs included.

  • When you order a product in our webshop, we will handle and ship the product within 3 workdays. If for any reason this is delayed we will let you know as soon as possible. 

  • The duration of shipping depends on the country. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re looking to return your product(s), we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days after you've received your product(s). You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned products must not be damaged, unless the product was damaged at arrival

If your products have been delivered with damage. Please initiate the following steps:

  • Do not try to fix the damage yourself, this way you will lose your right to a refund or to a free repair. 

  • Take pictures of the damaged parts of the product. If there is damage to the box, please take pictures of this as well. 

  • Send us pictures of the damage through e-mail. Including a description of the damage and of how the product was received. Please mention if you want a refund or if you want a free repair.

  • After receiving your e-mail we will take a look at the damages in the photos.

  • We will contact you and there are three scenarios: 

          1) We are able to repair the damage and we are willing to take the products back and 

               repair them for free.

          2) The damage is too much to repair and we will refund your money within 7 days.

          3) You've requested a refund and your money will be refunded within 7 days

  • You'll have to print the shipping label that we'll send you by e-mail and place this on the package

  • Make sure the package is closed properly and you are ready to return the products

  • After receiving the products one of the scenarios of 'step 5' will be followed.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:​

  • Send us an e-mail, mentioning the return. Let us know the order number and the name of the ordered product(s)

  • Print your shipping label and make sure the package is closed properly

  • Send your product(s) back to us

  • As soon as we have received the returned product, we will inspect the product for any damages.

  • When everything is checked and no unmentioned damage is found we will refund your money within 7 days

 

Additional Information:

  • The shipping costs for returning products are not paid by Preserved Nature. You will have to pay for transportation costs. 

  • If the returned product is damaged, and you did not mention this in your e-mail, you will not be able to receive a refund. If this happens you will have two options:

            1) You can take the refunded product back again. The shipping costs for returning

                 the product will be for you. As soon as the shipping costs are paid the product

                 will be sent to you within 7 days.

            2) You can leave the product, but you will lose any rights to your ownership of the

                 product.
